RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY – KALM
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. RETURN PROCESS
Email contact@mykalm.co to obtain a return form. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions, including the return address.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If approved, your return will result in either:

A refund (only for full-price items), or
-
A store credit (voucher)
4. IMPORTANT – SALE ITEMS
All sale items and promotional offers are final sale.
They are only eligible for store credit if they meet our return conditions.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items
-
Gift cards
-
Items marked as final sale
-
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use after delivery

Returns sent without prior authorization
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days at contact@mykalm.co.
We may ask you for photos or additional details in order to evaluate the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, depending on the case and stock availability.
6. EXCHANGES
If you want a different size, color, or model:

Return the original item, following the process above.

Place a new order once the return has been accepted.
(We do not hold or reserve stock while a return is in transit.)
❌ CANCELLATIONS

Full-price orders: You may cancel within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet been processed.

Sale or promotional orders: Cancellations are only eligible for store credit, within the same 30-minute window.
After 30 minutes, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
In that case, you must wait to receive the parcel and then request a return in accordance with this policy.
7. PREORDERS & RESTOCKED ITEMS
Preorders are final sales. Returns are only possible after delivery.
We reserve the right to extend estimated delivery times by up to 15 days in case of logistical or carrier delays.
8. EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order ships to a country within the European Union, you may have a legal right of withdrawal:

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason.

The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the return is received and approved, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.
If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
9. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Full-price items
If your return is approved, full-price items are eligible for:

A refund to your original payment method, or
-
A store credit (voucher)
Sale items
Sale and promotional items are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
They are only eligible for store credit, provided they meet the return conditions.
Processing time
If 15 business days have passed since your refund or store credit was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@mykalm.co.
10. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is not collected within 14 days, it may be returned to us by the carrier.
In that case, it will only be reshipped at your expense, including any additional shipping or handling fees.
