Return & refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@mykalm.co with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (e.g. defective item, incorrect item, change of mind)

  • Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Do not send any item back without prior authorisation.


Return Shipping

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the error is ours.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Returned items must be posted within 7 days of receiving return approval.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalised or made-to-order products

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

If unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing or returning.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete the return process first, and then place a new order for the preferred item.


Your Right to Cancel – UK and EU Customers

If you are located in the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To qualify, items must be unused and in resellable condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned item.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at contact@mykalm.co.
We will also send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
